With this review, I’ll have covered basically all of the Haruhi anime + spinoffs. Maybe there’s still an OVA or something like this, but this is it. No more Haruhi after this review.

So often I look back on this blog and can’t believe how long it’s been!
And here’s another case of that.
Slow and steady, but we made it.
The final episode of Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu, although technically last episode was the final of the season, and this is an OVA added on later.

It’s summer break, and you know what that means, right?!

And you know what that means…
It’s dawning on me that 17 episodes is a very irregular number of episodes for an anime. Bakemonogatari had 15, and aired the last couple episodes online.
I wonder how it works with Nagato Yuki-chan, if they aired any online or anything like this, because 17 doesn’t fit perfectly into the standard anime season length. Well, I’ll never know because while I wonder these things I also can’t be bothered to research it!
Carrying on from the last few episodes, Yuki is still experiencing some sort of identity crisis.
Nagato Yuki continues to live as an anomaly, someone who is Yuki but isn’t Yuki. However, being with Kyon begins to change this…
Last episode Yuki was hit by a car.
That’s it.
Nagato Yuki-chan is hit by a car… and then something seems off after that.
Are the Haruhi worlds overlapping once again?
The crew is still at Tsuruya’s family hot springs resort, and it’s now nighttime, which means do everything BUT sleep!
