Zankyou no Terror has been on my recommended anime list for some time now. I never really paid it any attention, maybe the way the synopsis is written didn’t interest me.
Well, I finally got around to watching it and it was pretty good. The psychological aspect of the anime is great and keeps you thinking. I also enjoyed the characters, although you could say that some are a little cliche.
On the surface, this anime is a couple smart kids terrorizing Tokyo. There is a much deeper plot and meaning to their actions however, and I think that this is the best part of the anime – the synopsis doesn’t really do this justice. If you enjoy psychological / police anime this one has some good content for you.
